How much does Mercury cost?

The Mercury software is 100% open-source and freely available, but it does take hardware to run. Mercury requires a private server (virtual or dedicated) with at least 512MB of RAM. You can find access to all the source-code and configuration in the developer zone.

Mercury On Demand hosting is available directly from PANTHEON, and starts as low as $50 a month. This is an un-managed virtual-server offering — you get root on a pre-configured VPS, and it's your show from there — built on the Rackspace Cloud infrastructure. We are also working with traditional hosting providers to deliver higher-end plans, including managed and high-availability hosting.
